I am having some issues with the caller ID and hence the ability to black list calls. Roughly 85% of my calls ID correctly but the other 15% come in the form of 213-002-xxxx/ 213-004-xxxx/ 213-007/xxxx, etc. There seems to be no pattern on where the 213 ID'd calls originate. Some are local business or medical that I want and others are collectors from someone who used to live here. Is 213 just a default fall back for a caller ID issue? Given the random nature of the prefix following 213, I don't feel like I can block even the ones that I don't want as the next one may ID the same number and be one I need to get. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated for solving this. Thanks

BTW, I tried to search on the forums but apparently if any word in the search term is under 4 characters (i.e. "213 area code") it errors and won't search. Perhaps something for the web techies to look into?
