Default Did the configuration wizard change the admin pw on my SPA-2102

I've been having a problem with the SPA-2102 supplied by you. So to be sure that it's the device, and not something else, causing the problem I decided to configure another SPA-2102 (that I bought myself) for testing purposes. I went to the wizards page and input all the information then synced it. Now, for some reason I cannot login to the admin section of the SPA-2102 that I bought. Can you tell me if the configuration wizard changed my password? And if so, what is the new password? The config file that it created was SPA000E08E1F8DB.CFG.

Hello,

Our configuration wizard does not change your admin password to login to your device. You shouldn't have a problem accessing it unless maybe it's locked.

I checked out that config and made some changes to it. If you reboot the device it should download the changes automatically.

Please keep me posted on this.

Thanks,

Allen

Thanks for the reply. But could I just get a link to a page that shows what the settings should be for the SPA-2102 in case I want to set it up myself and forego the wizard and provisioning? I've done this in the past so I know there is such a page I just can't find it on your website.

Default Config file as well?

Allen,
You had custom programmed my SPA2102 a while back and we disabled provisioning so the settings couldn't be changed... well, I changed the admin password and forgot to write it down (yeah... as a system admin I should know better). Anyway, I was given a fairly new 2102 to experiment with, and upgraded it to the latest Cisco/Linksys firmware... was wanting to see how the new firmware worked (if it's compatible with the vylmedia service). SO, can you send me a config file for this guy?
thanks
