Hopefully there's more to it than just a name change. When one calls in, there's no mention of the new name. Almost everything has the old name in fact all over the website. Even the "News" section has nothing mentioned about what it means. So, as one looks at it as a business looking to buy into investing in VYLmedia products and services, what could one conclude?
And another thing... I find it hard to believe that it is not possible to disable the "music-on-hold" feature. -G. |

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. I'll work with our team here to get as many things as possible updated. With the new name change we are offering data plans now for internet. It's a Dry-Loop DSL service with speeds of 3Meg, 5Meg, and 7Meg that you can bundle with your voice. I've tested out the DSL line and it's really consistent with no hiccups at all when doing bandwidth tests. Unfortunately the music on hold is only controlled by the server. What this means is if we disable the music on hold, none of our customers would have it anymore. This is why there's no way to turn it off. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any additional questions or comments. Thanks, Allen |
