Anyone else notice persistent latency/jitter and dropped calls the past 1-2 weeks? I usually enjoy consistent latencies in the 40-50ms range all along the route. Have had nagging issues recently (see below):

I have also been experiencing dropped calls :( Changed nothing on my end. Also, now sometimes the system won't place my calls, and I have to hang up and dial again. VoIPYourLife ... are there stability problems with your network?

There are no issues with our server and the network at this time. Everything is running 100%. I am sorry to hear that you're having issues with the service. I am noticing you are using your own Asterisk, so I can't make any quality adjustments to the account. However, I did change the codec you were using to see if this helps improve the overall consistency. Please test this at your earliest convenience and let me know if that helps.

Thanks,

Allen
