Website suggestion - re: voicemail number

OK, let's just pretend I'm slightly technically saavy...

If I'd just signed up for my VYL account and I get my voice mail activated via the web, and I've got emails coming in with my attached messages, and I listen to them on the web, etc... I'm set.

However, if I actually wanted to tell my wife how to check voicemail, it's not exactly the easiest thing to find on the web site. (And yes, I honestly don't know the answer to that question.)

Don't get me wrong, the new design is nice (even the "look - I shaved my armpits" girl). However, simple how-to stuff is not easy to find - whether I'm logged in or not.

Just a thought.

(And yes, I know I could call and have an answer in under a minute. The web site would be easier though... I suppose that that is the intent of this forum. If that's the case, please make sure that you sticky a list of tips at the top.)

The webpage looks good but once you login it goes right back to the old prehistoric VYL user page. When is that going to be resolved?
