Alright, my connection has worked fine for 8+ months, right out of the box. Worked fine earlier today. Now when I place a call, the line is dead. Pickup the phone to make a call. No dial tone. Nothing. Reset the VOIP modem, released/renewed IP addy. In fact the VOIP modem sits outside my router. Still nothing. I checked my account and I am still active. My network connection is apparently fine, I posted this after all.

On the SPA2102, the power light is green. Internet light is green. Phone 1 light is blinking green.

Would love to call customer service, but the phone is dead. Any ideas?

BTW, I like the new look to the web site.

O.K. After talking with Andy from tech support via x-lite, he had me convinced something was wrong with my phone instrument. I reset the wireless base station and all is right in the world now.

Makes me feel better about the VYL service...quality. :D
