When will VOIP Your Life have caller id name?

Caller ID name and number has been something that has been hit and miss for some time with our service. However, recent changes have been made that should have cleared up the problems for people who did not have the Caller ID name showing on their inbound calls. If you are still having problems, I would suggest giving a call to our technical support group so they can trouble shoot this for you further. They can be reached 24/7 at 888-277-8647.

Outgoing Caller ID name should be working. Please call into technical support and have them open a ticket if it is not displaying your name properly.

Did you ever get your outgoing called ID fixed? Plz advise since I have been without this service every since I signed on with VYL and that was 5 weeks ago. They keep saying we are working on it. Ginger
