Problem calling internationally

About a year ago I started havign problems calling internationally, when I try calling to another country (Ex: Colombia) either the line is always busy or it does not ring at all. then I try calling from my cellular or another phone and the call goes through with no problem, I can even call with Skype and I have no problems at all.
I have been calling technical support and all I get is their famous tickets which are good for nothing as they always promiss me they will fix the problem within 24 hours and nothing is solved.
I have to spend a lot of time trying to get a call to go through with this service. It is a nightmare. The weird thing is local and national calls work just perfect.
My interenet connection is also perfect I have road runner premium in NYC and I get 18,776 kbps down most of the time (lowest I get is 15,000 kbps) and I get 975 kbps up all the time (lowest I get is 700 kbps) So it is not a problem with my internet connection it is with their service.
I need to get this problem solved ASAP as it is becomeing very unconfortable and I am thinking in cancelling my service with voipyourlife and getting a reliable provider with real technical capabilities to solve issuses when they arrive.

VoIPYourLife's international support is awful. I have had a ticket open since April and still no fix. In my case, calling seemingly any UK mobile phone rings to some poor guy's land line. It's like it's hard coded in their system. I switched to Callcentric for UK numbers, as their service works fine.
