You asked, we listened. As one of the highest reviewed and rated VoIP companies out there, we strive to provide the highest quality of commitment and service to our customers. We'd like to thank everyone for the enormous amounts of feedback and suggestions you gave us.

In order to serve you better, we have created a new system with enhanced features and more options available to you.

The new service uses geographically-separated, fully-redundant switching centers on separate high speed networks. In simpler terms, the adapter we provided will automatically detect connectivity failures and switch to a secondary switch and secondary network within seconds of detecting the problem. Your inbound and outbound calls will continue to work normally on the secondary systems. In addition:

Increased blacklist storage (Block unwanted callers)
A new wildcard feature for whitelist, blacklist, and call filter (Use X as a value instead of 1-9)
Enhanced visuals for easier to use interface
Same great Customer Service and Technical Support

And coming soon...

Review your statements online
Update your billing information online

If you're interested in switching your service over, please click this link:
Switch to 1-VoIP (http://www.vylmedia.com/1-voip/)

Things to know before you switch

Any voicemail greetings or messages will not forward to the new system
Any features you've previously setup will not be setup on the new system
Your username/password will remain the same, however you will login to your account at www.1-voip.com
To check your voicemail through your phone, it is now '*97' instead of '8600'
Customer Service - 888-369-8647
Technical Support - 866-441-8324

This is a step-by-step guide to automate the process. We have not officially made this live yet, but because we have had a lot of contributions through the forums and a lot of excitement over the changes we'd like to give you the option to switch and test the process. Please keep us informed of your progress either way (Whether it works or if you run into any problems).

As always, please let me know if you have any questions or comments.

Thanks,

Allen

I can live with having to do black list over and do like the wild card feature.

But old format had features that I used and now not available:

1. DND by time like old page
2. Alternate Local Dialing Area Using Germany Dialing (Disable | Switch)
number two was very important for me. Wife calls germany alot and has issue remembering to dial 011 49 and dropping zero. I hope this features make it back or I would prefer going back.

Thanks in advance

Awesome!! Switched to the new system and am excited for the extra blocking features. Had to call into support to finish the process (adapter didn't take the first time) but he managed to get my extra number I don't use cleared off and everything fixed immediately. Support like that is why I stick with your company, fyi. It's refreshing and most appreciated!!

Is there a change in pricing if we switch?

No increase in pricing, this includes your taxes as well!

Does the discount if paying for a year vs monthly still exist?

Sorry for the delay on my response. I was on vacation and forgot to delegate the forums!

Anyways, yes we still offer annual plans on the new 1-VoIP service and currently there is a promotion for the Premier Unlimited plan at $230/year. The Premier Global is at $280/year.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or comments.

Thanks,

Allen

**************

You mean USD230.00 per year and not USD230.00 per month for Premier Unlimited and USD280.00 per year for Premier Global
