caller id

I noticed my caller id when calling out shows me as unknown? is there a setting to change this.

At this time we are unable to guarantee your caller ID to show your name when you make an outbound call. I do apologize for the inconvenience, we do understand how critical that feature is for our customers.

We value your business and appreciate your patience. At this time we are currently working on implementing a new system to get CallerID fully functional. We hope to see this corrected for all of our customers in the near future.
