Do Not Disturb

I have the "Do Not Disturb" scheduled every day at 10 pm. I would like certain phone callers (numbers) to have ability to bypass the Do Not Disturb schedule and call 24 hours a day.

First, can this be done and, if so, how do I go about doing that?

There is no way to have the specific numbers reach your VoIP phone. However, we do have a Call Filter feature, even with DND enabled it will look for a matching phone number then forward it over to another phone like a cell phone.

Unfortunately our system cannot accommodate to that specifically, but I hope this information helps.
