Voicemail Password

I tried accessing my voicemail using the following method.

Using your IP Phone or ATA:
Dial 8600
Enter your Password (default is 1234)
Follow the voice prompts

Default password does not work.

I got it sorted by changing it by logging into my account.

Doing it again can't access my messages via my phone! Changed password no good! Reset password no good! Any help would be good thanks!!
