I am a new customer (today), and can't find anything that gives setup information. Just the generic infomration that tells you what to use for proxy, stun, etc. Where can I find this infomration?

Welcome, Mark!

There's a wizard that can help you to set up a linksys or sipura device. Go to http://www.voipyourlife.com/wizards/ and click on a model. You'll need your username, password, and the IP address of your device. It'll program it all for you. Pretty cool!

The wizzards are cool.. Nothing that gets my where I need to be on mine however. I am using a Siemens Gigaset S685IP. I think I have everything as it works okay.

The only thing that seems to be not quite correct is when I call someone, I don't hear any ringback tone. Just silence, then the person answers.
