I never use it, thats why there's the internet. But my roommate tried it and she said she got a recording saying that it was not aloud in my calling level. (23.99 plan) Is there no 411 with VYL? If there isnt no biggie. But if there is how do i access it?

411 is available and free of charge on our service. In order to extend your calling level it does require a one-time contact to our customer service for security measures. After that you should no longer hear that message and be able to use it as much as you would like.

I called and told them what you said and here is what happened.

I called customer Service and told them i needed to activate 411, after a brief pause he said he would transfer me to tech support.

Then I explained the issue to tech support and there was a very long pause:eek: Then the nice woman put me on hold for a minute. Then asked for my number. She was typing for a minute and there was a click sound and i was disconnected:mad:

Any advice on how to handle this problem.

But dont worry im still cool with VoipYourLife:cool:
