If i have a Toronto voip your life number, is it possible to forward calls made to that line to a mobile phone in the US? If so, is it free of charge?
Thanks

It is possible and free of charge if you're on any of our unlimited plans.
If you are on our premier basic plan it will be 2.4 cents a minute.

No problem! There is no way to have the VoIP number show up on your cell phone. I am sorry for any inconvenience.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Allen

bovolu,
I'm not sure if Allen understood your question. If you are asking if you can make calls using your VoIP account from your cell phone, yes. Call customer service 888-369-8647 and ask for VoIP to go. There is a set up charge and monthly charge of $9.95.
You'll get a list of numbers you can call from your cell phone to access the service. From there, any calls are billed at your VoIP rate.
Thanks,
Dennis

thanks for the info. also i have a few follow up questions. when i forward my toronto number to a us cell phone, what number would appear on the call display of the cell phone? a local US number? or the number of the person making the call? or the toronto number? also, when using the voip to go feature, would i dial a us number from my US cell phone in order to utilize the service? finally, what is the quality like for incoming calls and outgoing voip to go calls? is it comparable to traditional land line? i have used a number of other services, (namely dailnow) and the quality has been inconsistent. thanks,
lucio

When receiving a call from the forwarded number, the number of the party calling will show up on your CallerID. If you would like the number that they dialed to show up, all you need to do is enable our feature called 'DNIS Over ANI'.
The access numbers provided are only US numbers. Regarding the call quality, it is easily comparable to a landline call and you shouldn't notice any reduction in call quality.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Allen
