I just joined and am impressed so far but I think I could use some help with all the features. Is there a more complete list then the controll panel?

For example how do I place a call on hold , on the softphone it's easy but how do you do it on the analog phone?

Is three way calling available on the SPA2102 and if yes how do I use it?

I think I should have line unavailable forwarding (I would guess this is when my network is down)

There isn't really a hold feature using a standard analog phon. If you are in a call, then answer a call waiting call, the original caller will hear hold music.

The features all work just like they would with your old wire line service.

Hello:

Anytime you flash hook a call - either for call waiting or to place a 3-way call - the caller will hear music on hold until you return back to them. The service functions the same regardless of the phone you are using.

PS - a digital phone is just digital to the jack. The service is still analog at the point of connection.
