Been listening to Rollye James push VYL and I am investigating if it may work for us. We will soon be moving to a remote location in Florida, but will have power. We can get Dish Network and I guess internet too through them. Can we use VYL on that type of internet? It sure would be nice to not have to pay for 3/4 mile of buried phone line.

That is a pretty cool way of hearing about us!

Our experience with a wireless internet provider is very subjective to the call quality you're looking for. Due to the wireless signals to the satellite and it continually is sending bursts it does cause quite a bit of delay on a phone call that we'll be unable to compensate for. Through my experience, the wireless signal is not consistent enough to have a phone call with optimal call quality.

Honestly the best connections are your broadband such as Cable or DSL. Unfortunately I know how it is being in a remote location where your options are limited. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
