Echo

I have my SPA-2102 installed behind my router at the suggestion of tech support a while back. I am having an echo problem and have breaking up on my connections.

Will changing the the device to in front of the router solve these problems??

We always recommend connecting our adapter directly to your modem, but this probably won't correct your echo issue. I would take a quality test at www.voipqualitytest.com (If it's down, try www.speedtest.net), send your results to Customer Service with your MAC address and we can adjust it for you.

someone know why i'm not able to do the jitter test during the voip speed test? I always get this message : "Error : Cannot perform voice-over-IP simulation"
