Intermittently (3 times now) I can not receive calls on my primary number from a cell or landline. My virtual numbers work, but not primary. Area code is (956) exchange is 225. I have to open a ticket and it takes several days to resolve. Tech support is able to correct AFTER I discover there is a probem (people tell me my phone number is not working), but they are clueless on how to keep it from happening. Customer service not very good. I really miss Sun Rocket.
