Hello,
I am a user living in Germany. Can I sign up for the VoIP your Life (for instance in the Basic Plan) from Germany or I should be a USA resident?

You can sign up from anywhere but we can't ship to Germany and only accept credit cards with US or Canadian addresses.

First of all thanks for your fast answer. I am interested on proceeding on the buy of the Premium Plan but as you say you can accept only US or Canadian Cards. Is there any alternate way of payment such as bank deposit, PayPal etc available or the credit card is the only available method?

Sorry, We do accept some alternate forms, but have them all set to disallow payment outside the US and Canada. The fraud was just too high to continue taking the risk. The only exception is for US military stationed overseas with an AE/AP address.
