No Incoming Calls

Folks,

Since Saturday we have only been able to receive calls on the primary number. When anyone dials our ported number (ported to VYL since October 2006!) they get a busy signal. Tech support has been working on this for a few days now and has not been able to solve the trouble. I am getting rather frustrated with the situation. Is anyone else having difficulty like this?

It looks like the issue was corrected as of today (4/11) and everything should be in working order. Please let us know if you continue to experience any problems with that number. I am sorry about the delay.

So what was the solution. I too have had this problem, and am now having this problem. For me it is hit and miss.

Are you unable to receive incoming calls on one particular number such as a ported number? I checked your registration and everything is perfect.
