I can hear them, yet they can't hear me

Well like the title states, I can hear the person on the other end of the call yet they can't hear me. I do have my adapter behind my router but it use to work fine like this. Now all of a sudden this starts happening. If I have to enable port forwarding in my router could you please tell me which ports to forward? Also, what's the user/pass to get into the adapter? It's been a while and I forgot it.

You will need to port forward on your router and point it to our device's IP.

The port ranges are:

5060-5161 (UDP)
16,382-16,484 (UDP)

That should take care of the problem. To login to our device the user/password combo is: user/admin
