Number Portability

Keep your existing phone number. In most cases we can port your existing US phone number. To verify that we can port your phone number, email customerservice@vylmedia.com or give us a call at 888-369-VoIP (8647). Number Portability is not available in Canada and may not be available when porting cell phone numbers or numbers assigned by another VoIP company. Number porting takes 2 to 3 weeks on average.
